Tickets:

The Tidy Weekender runs an eTicket system so all ticketing and group organisation is fully electronic. No printed tickets will be posted out.

We provide a unique QR code for each individual ticketholder which will be checked on entrance. You need to be 18 years or over to attend.

EVERYONE MUST PRESENT VALID ID THAT MATCHES THE CORRESPONDING NAME REGISTERED IN THEIR WEEKENDER ACCOUNT UPON ARRIVAL.

To avoid issues with mobile phone coverage please makes sure your Ticket & QR code is already downloaded and saved to your phone or device. Alternatively you can bring a print out of your eTicket QR code.

PLEASE NOTE – All eTicket holders MUST check in together at reception. To avoid disruption please try to arrive together as one group.

Principle Bookers:

All chalets will have a principle booker / group leader, who is responsible for the booking and the chalet for the entire duration of your stay at the event. It’s their responsibility to make sure the booking info is complete and any balances are paid on time. The principle booker is the only point of contact for any questions, queries or issues needed to be raised regarding the booking.

Please note: The principle booker details cannot be changed once the booking has been made.

If you wish to change the name of the Principle Booker, the entire order will be cancelled, your deposits lost and a new booking (pending ticket availability) will have to be made.

Chalets:

All chalets are self-catering and include a lounge with TV, kitchen with cooker and cooking/dining utensils, a bathroom with either a shower or bath plus a sink and toilet. The size of the chalet will depend on the berth size as will the number of beds / bedrooms. Most of the chalets include a double sofa bed in the lounge which counts as 2 of the total beds. The rest of the beds will be singles. There are 2 types of chalet class – VIP and classic.

VIP are a slightly better quality of chalet and feature free electric and other exclusive event bonuses.

Classic chalets require electricity cards available from reception at £5 each. Pontins only provide duvets and pillows but no linen (bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers). Linen is charged for by the holiday park so we recommend bringing your own if possible. The holiday park charges £5 for a single linen pack and £8 for a double linen pack. The park also don’t provide towels so please bring your own if possible although you can buy towels from the park.

Line Up:

The DJ line up can be found here (please note; an additional line up for the Sunday evening at the event is to be announced). Open arrival to the event you will be issued with an event lanyard that will include all the running times and set times for the full weekends entertainment program.
